What is e-export?

It is a system for exchanging the documents issued by tax payers, registered in the e-invoice system, electronically in accordance with the formats and standards for the goods exported under the provisions of Tax and Customs Law.

Taxpayers registered in the e-invoice system must issue their export invoices in the form of an e-export document. Taxpayers will provide in their e-export invoices information required by Ministry of Customs and Commerce, in addition to the buyer’s information, and have such information be seen in the system of Ministry of Customs and Commerce.

Documents issued in the form of e-export will be stored electronically and if necessary declared electronically. Such invoices delivered are integrated to the system of Revenue Administration and over Revenue Administration of the system of Ministry of Customs and Commerce.

How does it work?

In order to make use of the E-Export application, there are several methods in place;

Direct integration of e-export application of information systems to that of Revenue Administration.

Via integrating the information systems to special integrator companies authorized by Revenue Administration.
