What is e-ledger?

E-Ledger is a host of legal and technical processes which enable creation, recording as well as ensuring the integrity, inalterability and authenticity of the journal ledger and general ledger of the taxpayers registered in the E-invoice system in the electronic environment in accordance with the prescribed formats and standards as stipulated in Tax and Commerce Acts, while making the approval as well as submission possible in the electronic environment.

Pursuant to regulations, it is necessary for recognition of files created as an e-ledger that they must be stamped with a financial stamp or signed with secure electronic signature and their licenses must be obtained.

Taxpayers who want to use e-ledger application must be registered in E-invoice system.
